Case study

New Wi-Fi network and full monitoring

Customer: A leading diagnostic services group.

Customer objective

Complete renovation of the Wi-Fi network for the office and warehouse areas, improvement of coverage and introduction of an effective monitoring system.

Needs

Optimisation of a compromised, poorly-performing Wi-Fi network, network equipment no longer supported and a segmentation that was not fully developed. The customer had limited internal IT skills and a Wi-Fi network that was not adequate to cover the spaces. Very active in mergers and acquisitions, the customer already had an IT management service.

Solution

We implemented a completely new Wi-Fi network using Huawei Campus LAN, Wi-Fi 6, DCN, Huawei iMaster NCE Cloud Campus, Professional Services and Maintenance to ensure a stable and well-monitored network.
